The folks at Xcar aims to answer the one question everyone has: What’s better – all-wheel drive, front-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive. The Xcar’s hosts bring to the track an all-wheel drive Subaru Impreza, a rear-wheel drive BMW 120d and the front-drive Renault Megane RS 275 Trophy.
The test comparison starts with a hydraulic plate forcing the back end out on a wet skid pad, then a slalom on a slippery surface, followed by high-speed cornering through a wet sharp turn.
Best surface grip is what these guys are looking for and despite different tires and power, the test is quite interesting.
